Premium Package

Your Premium Storage Shed will include these features:

Studs on 16" centers, 2 x 8 top plates, 2 x 6 fascia, skirting all around, 3/4" tongue&groove flooring, 5-1/2" roof overhang, skirted to the ground (or cement pad) with color-matching metal skirting.

A building with the Premium Package will be the best-looking, strongest building you can buy. The price in most cases will still be less than other shed companies charge for their standard buildings.

Add 10% to the base price before options for the Premium Package.

We've made it our goal to build the best buildings in Washington for less money than anyone else.

We use double 2x top plates (with the top being 2x6) and 2x4 trim. Trusses are glued, gusseted, and stapled.

We now offer complete finished paint jobs at $5.00 per running ft. plus paint.
Example: 20 foot building 5 x 20 = $100.00 plus paint.
If you prefer to paint yourself, it will have a light tan primer all around.

All you need to prepare the site is to put down about 2 to 4” of road base gravel about 2' wider and longer than your building. Some prefer cement and that is fine, but not a must as the building comes on pressure treated skids and a solid 2x6 and OSB floor.
